Initial Consultation

• Prior to your Meet & Greet you will receive an email with a link to set up your pet profile in our scheduling software Time To Pet
• At your Meet & Greet our Consultant will update any incomplete information and show you how to schedule visits in the Time To Pet app

Cancellations

• Cancellations for Pet Sitting and Occasional Dog Walk visits must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to scheduled service.
• You will be charged for any scheduled visits that fall within a 48 hour period of cancellations.
• Dog Walking clients may cancel up to close of business the day before the service without a fee. Same day cancellations are subject to a full fee to pay the dog walker for reserving the time.

Holidays/Weekends/After Hours

• There will be a $15 additional fee per visit for the following holidays:
  • New Years Eve
  • New Years Day
  • Easter Weekend
  • Memorial Day Weekend
  • 3rd and 4th of July Weekend
  • Labor Day Weekend
  • Thanksgiving Weekend
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
  • Christmas Week (12/24 – 1/1)
• Weekly Dog Walking clients will have a $5 Weekend fee for visits on Saturdays and Sundays
• Any visit scheduled before 9:00 AM and after 6:00 PM is subject to an After Hours fee of $10

Reservations

• Request your visits up to the day before you need us in the Time To Pet app.
• Visits are not on the schedule until confirmed.
• We recommend scheduling 7 days in advance for new customers to ensure time to schedule a Meet & Greet.
• We realize emergencies and last minute trips do arise. We will do our best to accommodate those requests.

Payment

• Payment in full is due at the start of the first visit.
• We Accept All Major Credit Cards through the Time To Pet app
• If you have additional questions about payment, feel free to ask anytime

Keys

• We require on-site entry access at your home. For example, a key in a lockbox on your property and/or a door code for the dog walker/pet sitter to use.
• We also require a back up form of entry in case the first one fails. We can collect a back up key from you to be left at the office for emergencies.
• We prefer to retain your keys on file for future services or those last minute needs you may have; however, in the event you want your keys returned an additional pick up/drop off fee will apply.
• We will not leave your key inside your home, in case you are delayed in returning and your pet needs more care.
