Pam, Owner of Just Around The Corner Pet Sitting
- I live in Plymouth, MA where I am owned by my wonderful animal “children”, Quinn and Harbour, my Newfoundlands and my cats Violet and Romeo. Over the years, I have fostered many dogs for the Newfoundland Rescue Organization.
- In addition, I proudly assist shelters in finding just the right connection for the many strays in need of love and companionship. I have taken classes in pet first aid and CPR and am trained in administering medications, injections and fluids.
- Over the years, my interests have taken me to many facets of life. But, throughout all of these experiences, my love and passion for animals has always been first and foremost and has never wavered. Proudly, since starting my business here in Plymouth, MA in 2008, my pet sitting service has grown from a one-person company, to a wonderful team of employees who care for all the kitties, dogs and pets that we have the honor of taking care of every day. Many clients have expressed that our services bring them peace of mind, knowing their pets are in capable, loving, and caring hands. If given the opportunity, we will care for your pets just as we treat our own, with total love and affection. In addition, we will do so with the utmost respect for your animals and your home.

- I have lived in Plymouth for more than 30 years, and am owned by my beautiful cats Susie, Blue, and Sasha.
- Over the years I have been a teacher, Massage Therapist, college instructor, program director, and mom. My role as Pet Care Coordinator for Just Around the Corner is among the most fulfilling ones. I love getting to know you and your pets and finding ways to help them to get the care they need and deserve.

Shelly
- I’ve lived my entire life on the North Shore, but now that our kids have grown, my husband and I have moved to Plymouth, which has always been our plan, since we’ve spent our vacation time in Sandwich for over 25 years.
- I grew up with animals my entire life. We currently have a four year old rescue (Otis), and a 15 year old shih tzu (Harley), from our own litter.
- I have always believed that pets help the emotional and spiritual growth of people of any age. Having pets since our children were born has taught them not only responsibility, but also about the care and unconditional love, both given and received.
- Knowing the importance of the well-being and love we have for our pets, I am excited to have the opportunity to care for yours as if they were my own.

- Plymouth has been my home for almost 24 years and for 14 of those years I have had a dog. First, I had Bernese Mountain Dog, Tank, and now a Great Pyrenees/Black Lab mix, Dozer. The 4 months between them made me realize I can never live without a dog or animal in my home again. Dogs really do make a house, a home.
- I graduated from Plymouth South High School in 2014 and Lasell College in 2018, with a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design and Photography. I lived at College in Newton, MA for four years.
- Not having my dog around at college left me with a void I had to fill so I started walking dogs between classes and other responsibilities. Any day I got to walk or care for a dog was a great day. It was always rewarding to see the excitement the dogs had when they saw me. I am so excited to have such a rewarding job again, here at Just Around the Corner!

- I’ve lived in Plymouth my whole life and my family has always had dogs around, we had a big collie for the first 12 years of my life and now we adopt old rescue pups. We currently have two mutts, Ruthie and Sally, who I love hanging out with. I’ve always loved the company of animals and being outside, so I thought pet sitting and walking would be a perfect fit for me.
- I graduated from Plymouth South High School in 2022 and am currently attending the University of Massachusetts – Dartmouth, planning to graduate in the spring of 2025 with a bachelor’s in data science. I am currently looking at master’s programs to attend post graduation. In my free time I enjoy reading, doing puzzles, and going to the gym.
- I am so excited to be joining the team at Just Around the Corner and to be able to spend my days with and take care of everyone’s dogs and other animals!

- I am as much of a “mutt” professionally as my two rescue dogs Marley and Suki are genetically. With a bachelors in psychology I somehow ended up in medical technology for many years training users and traveling the country. I’ve spent the 19 years since my three children were born living the most challenging, yet also the most rewarding, times of my life (thus far).
- I have lived in Plymouth for nearly all of my life working numerous part time jobs, primarily in childcare and fitness. I adore this town and realize that there are truly not many other places that I would want to call home. I love the seasons and the smell of the ocean in the air. I love the trails and the ponds and most importantly, I love the network of friends and acquaintances that I have known, some for nearly my whole life.
- I have always held a deep love for nature and am a strong advocate for the rescue of animals in need. I have rescued and adopted many over the years including: rabbits, hamsters, chameleon, ball pythons, numerous very special cats and dogs, and most recently 3 brother rats who I was somewhat surprised to fall in love with! I have also built two small ponds in my back yard with what I call the “luckiest goldfish in town “ and a number of frog friends that I bond with (they even let me massage their little backs!)
- This job has proven to be one of the most satisfying and therapeutic positions that I have ever had. I actually look forward to work and to seeing all of the animals that I so quickly fall in love with. I also greatly appreciate getting out and experiencing all of the natural beauty of our town. I guarantee that I will always have compassion, empathy and a deep care for the well-being of every animal that I encounter. I believe that I benefit from these furry friends as much as they do from me.

- I have lived in Plymouth since the day I was born. I have loved to explore different towns and cities with my dog Sophie since the day I got my license.
- Throughout my life I have owned and taken care of just about every kind of pet. Animals have always been one of, if not the biggest part of my life along with my passion for music. I’ve always felt animals can understand the feeling when playing them music, so I use my music to bond with animals.
- In my free time I like spending time with my dog (#1!), playing/writing music, reading, movies, photography,taking small driving trips, or just going for walks. If it’s a stay inside kind of day, some video games never hurt
- I have never worked in the animal profession before — truly a big Thank You to you and to JAC for the opportunity. Previous jobs have been factory work, retail, and hospitality work with nursing homes. Because of my training in hospitality, and because I have always felt I have an inner knack for understanding animals, I feel this is truly the job for me, and I hope your animal, a dog, cat, bird, or any kind enjoys my company and thinks I’m right for them as well!!

- I grew up in Duxbury but recently moved to Plymouth. I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2023 with my Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language and Hearing Sciences, a second major in Psychology, and a Letter of Specialization in Developmental Disabilities and Human Services.
- My cherished companion is an adorable French Bulldog named Truffle. Truffle has brought an abundance of joy and love into my life. As my loyal and beloved pet, she fills my days with laughter and companionship. I cannot imagine a life without the presence of a furry friend, and Truffle holds a special place in my heart. She even went to college with me as an Emotional Support Animal!

- I am a retired teacher living in Plymouth with my husband and 19-year-old son. Our Black Lab, Daisy and our Tree Walking Coonhound Mix, Lady, keep us active!
- When I’m not at home with them, I enjoy spending time helping my parents in West Yarmouth in addition to hanging with and riding my biggest baby – my 9-year-old horse, Max. I also take care of our 9 hens who are kind enough to repay us with delicious fresh eggs!

- When I was a young girl, I rescued a wild baby bunny, cared for it and nurtured it back to health. I was addicted. My passion only grew. In my teens I was in 4-H showing dairy goats, making cheese, and raising chickens. I have had dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, and many other critters.
- By the time I was an adult I started, owned and curated a thriving exotic reptile & bird business. These snakes & lizards were my pride and joy. My company would educate children at birthdays, fairs, 4-H and schools. Working closely with vets, I eventually began caring for mine on a new educated/medical level. Then began teaching pet owners how to care for their animals themselves. This was very rewarding.
- I grew up on the South Shore, traveled around the country in the military and I landed here in Sagamore 6 yrs ago. Currently, I rescue guinea pigs. I have 6. It is a lot of work and well worth it.
- My passion is unending, and I look forward to sharing that passion with your pet.

- I have been a resident of Plymouth for 45 years. I have had an assortment of pets throughout my life, hamsters, gerbils, chinchillas, guinea pigs, cats, birds, fish and dogs!
- Needless to say, I enjoy caring for and spending time with all kinds of animals! In my free time, I enjoy reading, walking, and spending time with my husband, teenage daughter and Bichon Frise Wally.

- I am a born & raised Plymouth resident with four teenage and young adult children. We have a rescued rottweiler named Bear, and a Conure named Bejette. I fell in love with recused animals as a child with our rescued rottie named Fred.
- In my free time I love to garden and travel on our motorcycle. We love riding in the Smokeys & Blue Ridge, but favor New Hampshire and Maine as our go to.
- This job is great for me because I love being outdoors & moving. The best part is meeting all the pets, dogs, cats or whoever! I can’t wait to meet yours.

- I grew up in Carver and moved to Plymouth about 11 years ago. I’ve been happily married for 13 years with two kids: Lila 15 and Gavin who is 11.I currently have 1 cat, Millie and 1 dog, Jake who is a pitty mix and such a good boy. Every time someone asks what breed he is I answer “he’s a pure bred good boy”.
- Growing up my family had a beagle as a pet. I love sports. I’m a huge basketball fan. Go Celtics. I enjoy the outdoors and going for walks, camping, watching my kids play sports and relaxation time. In my other life I have a full time job as a high school custodian.

- I’ve lived in Plymouth for about 9 years now, with my adopted Chihuahua Amaya. She was a COVID puppy, adopted 3/11/2020 as a 9 month old. Before Amaya I lived with my older Yorkie, Bailey, who I still miss every day.
- I grew up with dogs. My adoptive family always had goldens as well as black and yellow labs. I’m fairly obsessed with dogs, and have pet sit many times for family and friends.
- When I’m not working I love to bake, read, and cuddle with Amaya. I’m looking forward to meeting many more dogs and other pets and finding new furry friends to cuddle with!

- I grew up in Needham and spent summers in Plymouth and recently moved permanently to Manomet. I am a college student currently enrolled at Hofstra University.
- I love animals and pets and want to try to work around them my whole life. I have a goldendoodle named Cooper and he’s my favorite guy ever.

- I grew up with cats and dogs around me, and I am currently ordered around by my 12-year-old fur baby, Kevin. I have always loved animals and being outside, and I just can’t resist an animal who’s happy to see me! My favorite animal other than cats and dogs is the desert spadefoot toad.
- I moved to the beautiful Plymouth area from Long Island, and I’m very happy to be back in New England! There is so much to see and do here, and the area is history rich. I have a master’s degree in Library and Information Studies, so I’m excited to learn!
- In my free time, I enjoy swimming, knitting, reading, cosplaying, and going to concerts. I played rugby throughout college, so I’m tough and enjoy a challenge! I am so excited to be working at JAC, and meeting everyone’s pet has been absolutely delightful.

- I’ve called Plymouth home for the past three years, after moving here with my mom. I share my home with two wonderful cats: Van (white, 5 years old), rescued during COVID, and Jack (black, 6 years old), a sweet inheritance from my grandma
- I grew up in a house full of animals—7 dogs (including a foster from Hurricane Sandy), plus chickens! Our family dogs included pit bulls, a bloodhound, a lab, a chihuahua, and a dachshund—so I’m comfortable with pets of all shapes and sizes.
- During the day, I work in play therapy with children on the autism spectrum. In my downtime, I enjoy relaxing “cozy hobbies” like scrapbooking and reading.

- For the past 18 years my wife Angelique and I have lived in Plymouth, most recently in Cedarville with our 5 pets – 2 children Amira and Rylan, and our 3 dogs Odin, Zoey, and Linus.
- Growing up I had a cat. My first dog was my wife’s first. She lived with us in the condos at Pinehills, and reached a ripe old age of 15. Since then we’ve had 4 other dogs, 3 of whom are still with us.
- In my free time I do home projects and help out with a scouting troop. I’m also into 3D printing as a hobby.

- I have lived in Plymouth all my life. Right now I live here with my dog Penny, and my cat Kimball. Growing up my childhood dog was Dixie. We also had a 3-legged cat names Patches.
- In my off time I am a Dance Instructor. I’ve been dancing and teaching dance since high school, and I teach all ages from toddler to middle school!

- I have lived in Plymouth on and off since middle school. I most recently moved back to Plymouth from Carver 2 years ago. I live here with my cat Emma, a rescue dilute calico. She’s great – she’s been trained to do things like sit and spin, and she’s just wonderful!
- I grew up around the pets of my grandparents and my aunt. I couldn’t wait to get out on my own to have my own pet! I did spend time pet sitting for family and friends whenever I could.
- When not caring for your pets I work at the Compass Factory in Pembroke. I am a fourth generation worker there! When not working I spend time with art, nature, and board games with friends.

- I have lived in the Plymouth area for the past 5 years with my husband Mal, son Shane and our two dogs Stella and Reggie. We have had several dogs over the years, including when I was growing up. My dogs are some of my best memories!
